Over the Xmas holidays, I stayed at a hotel with great amenities and courteous staff. The rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet was superb with a wide selection. The hotel is located away from the busy streets and has a wonderful pool area perfect for relaxation.
The location was a bit inconvenient, as it was quite a distance from the main city center and tourist sites. the staff seemed to lack knowledge about places to visit and activities to do in the city.

The verandah added a charming touch to this place, and it only took 5 minutes to walk to the nearby Chali Beach Resort.

The pool and the breakfast were good, and the staff was very polite and helpful. the surroundings were quite serene and there was a nice view from the rooms.
The hotel was quite far away from the city and the transportation was expensive. the room was not well-maintained and there were some issues with the plumbing.

Located in the heart of the business park, there are plenty of options to dine-out, like KAGAYNON restaurant down the main drive or the waterpark nearby. the hotel room looks decent with high ceiling, wood floors, and good air-conditioning. the buffet breakfast is delightful and the lap pool, hot pool, and wall climbing are a plus.
The hotel amenities are deteriorating, and the staff is not so friendly and accommodating.
